John E. Peterson, Ph.D., is of counsel in the firm's Patent Litigation practice group. He has represented biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device, and manufacturing clients in all aspects of patent litigation.
Lara Dueppen, Ph.D., is an associate in the firm's Intellectual Property practice group. She focuses her work on intellectual property issues and patent litigation matters for life sciences companies.
