Michael Wise is a partner in Perkins Coie's Intellectual Property and Life Sciences practice groups.  He has extensive experience in handling patent matters involving biotechnology, including patent procurement, patent litigation and patent interferences.  A Board member of the Southern California Biomedical Council, Michael focuses much of his practice on IP concerns in the life sciences sector. 

John E. Peterson, Ph.D., is of counsel in the firm's Patent Litigation practice group.  He has represented biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device, and manufacturing clients in all aspects of patent litigation. 

Lara Dueppen, Ph.D., is an associate in the firm's Intellectual Property practice group.  She focuses her work on intellectual property issues and patent litigation matters for life sciences companies.
