Description
Traverse City, Michigan IP law firm concentrating in internet law looking for a paralegal with trademark and intellectual property experience.
Responsibilities
Job duties will also include new client screening, intake and project identification in close coordination with attorneys.
Requirements
Knowledge of USPTO trademark application process, threat letter drafting/response and complex litigation support required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are primary and mandatory for this position.
Compensation
Pay commensurate with experience.
