Washington, DC -- Raymond Van Dyke, partner in Winston & Strawn LLP’s Washington, D.C. office, was appointed chair of the American Intellectual Property Law Association’s (AIPLA) Emerging Technologies Committee. His appointment by the president of the association becomes effective this month.

He has been an active member of AIPLA for 12 years and most recently served as the committee’s vice chair.
