IP Litigator Thomas E. Bejin Joins Rader, Fishman & Grauer as Member

Bloomfield Hills, MI – Thomas E. Bejin has joined the Bloomfield Hills, Michigan office of Rader, Fishman & Grauer PLLC, a leading national intellectual property law firm, as a member. Rader, Fishman & Grauer develops strategies for maximizing the value of intellectual assets including patents, trademarks, copyrights and trade secrets. Clients range from multinational corporations to emerging enterprises.

Bejin has over 15 years of experience in intellectual property litigation, strategic counseling and freedom to operate studies. He has extensive experience handling patent, trademark and trade secret cases in state and federal courts throughout the country, including the Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Bejin’s achievements include securing victories for clients before the International Trade Commission, multi-million dollar settlements, a rare temporary restraining order in a patent infringement case and several preliminary injunctions in trademark cases. He emphasizes client communication, keeping key decision makers fully informed, which leads to a deeper understanding of the decisions and status of their matters.

Prior to joining Rader, Fishman & Grauer, Bejin was a shareholder and chairman of the board for an intellectual property firm in Michigan and previously worked with a large intellectual property firm in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, State Bar of Minnesota, American Bar Association and Michigan Intellectual Property Law Association.

Bejin holds a bachelor of science, magna cum laude, in mechanical engineering and juris doctor, cum laude from the University of Michigan. He was born in Detroit, Michigan and enjoys running, skiing, hunting and boating.
