Elham Firouzi Joins Steadily Growing Office as Litigation Associate
San Diego, CA – Townsend and Townsend and Crew LLP, an intellectual property law firm of more than 200 attorneys and patent professionals, announced today that Elham Firouzi has joined the firm as an associate in the Litigation Practice Group. Ms. Firouzi brings additional litigation expertise to Townsend's San Diego office, which has doubled in size and added significant practice area expertise in the last 18 months.
Prior to joining Townsend, Ms. Firouzi practiced in the New York office of Ropes & Gray LLP. Her experience covers all aspects of litigation for industries including biotechnology, pharmaceuticals and semiconductors. In addition Ms. Firouzi counsels clients regarding pre-litigation or product development issues involving patent validity and infringement.

Ms. Firouzi is a 2001 graduate of the Duke University School of Law and received her undergraduate degree in molecular biology from the University of California, San Diego in 1996.
