Italy Welcomes BioForce Nanosciences Technology

Saturday, March 24, 2007

Ames, Iowa -- BioForce Nanosciences, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of BioForce Nanosciences Holdings, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: BFNH), announces today the March sale of the Nano eNabler(TM) molecular printer to the National Nanotechnology Laboratory of Research Council-National Institute for the Physics of Matter (CNR-INFM) in Lecce, Italy. The laboratory is a cross-discipline nanotechnology facility for nanometer scale research and technology that operates at the University of Lecce.

The Nano eNabler system will be specifically used by Dr. Franco Calabi, a researcher at the laboratory. Dr. Calabi will be using the Nano eNabler technology to pattern biomolecules for hybrid bioelectric and lab-on-chip devices and implementing DNA and protein microarrays. The Nano eNabler system -- BioForce's flagship product -- is a benchtop molecular printer that places tiny drops of liquid onto surfaces with nanometer spatial precision. The CNR-INFM is a top academic research lab, with a worldwide reputation for its many activities in the nanotechnology area, as documented by their publication record. When asked why the Nano eNabler system was appealing to Dr. Calabi's research, he explained, "The resolution it provides and the variety of substrates and materials suitable for printing."

"I'm excited to see the Nano eNabler technology spread overseas at such a fast rate," notes Kerry Frey, BioForce's chief operating officer. "It's obvious the Nano eNabler molecular printer is filling a void that previous technology did not fulfill."
