New Additions to Lerner, David, Littenberg, Krumholz & Mentlik, LLP

Westfield, NJ -- The intellectual property law firm Lerner, David, Littenberg, Krumholz & Mentlik, LLP is pleased to announce the addition of two new attorneys.

Stephen J. Brown and Erika J. Senska have joined the firm as associates.

Stephen J. Brown, formerly of the New York office of Bryan Cave, LLP, joins the firm as an associate. Mr. Brown's practice at Lerner David focuses on all aspects of intellectual property law, including patent prosecution and advising clients with respect to a diverse range of technologies in the chemical arts and medical devices.

Mr. Brown earned his J.D. from Franklin Pierce Law Center in 1999. After receiving his B.S. in chemistry from Michigan State University, he also participated in graduate level engineering course work at the University of Cincinnati, Dept. of Environmental Health.

Mr. Brown is a member of the New York bar and is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

Erika J. Senska, formerly of Heslin, Rothenberg, Farley & Mesiti P.C. in Albany, NY, joined the Firm as an associate. Ms. Senska's practice at Lerner David focuses on all aspects of intellectual property specializing in patent prosecution and opinions dealing with diverse technologies in biotechnology.

Ms. Senksa earned her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 2004. She attended Franklin & Marshall College, where she received her B.A., cum laude, in Biology. Ms. Senska also received her M.S. in biotechnology, cum laude, from Columbia University Graduate School of Arts and Sciences in 2001.

Ms. Senska is a member of the New York bar and is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
