Aero Performance Products, Inc. Announces Progress of EU Patent Protection as Part of European Expansion Strategy

South Jordan, UT -- Aero Performance Products, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: AERP), which operates Aero Exhaust, Inc., a world leader in performance exhaust airflow technology and NASCAR Performance Partner, today announced that it has received preliminary approval from the European Patent Office for the patent application on Aero's product technology in 18 European countries. The patent protection is being pursued as Aero executes a comprehensive European distribution strategy, which was launched with a distribution agreement in the United Kingdom and is expected to include additional distribution agreements in countries throughout Europe.
Aero's legal counsel for patent matters received a correspondence that the Examining Division of the European Patent Office intends to grant a patent based on the information that was submitted. With the order for allowance now in place, translations of the claims into French and German must be filed and the text to be granted must be approved by Aero. The countries available for the filing of the patent are: Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and Turkey.
