Bruce W. Jenett Joins DLA Piper as Co-Chair of the Firm’s Global Life Sciences Practice

Renowned Life Sciences Lawyer Brings Over 25 Years of Industry Experience, Bolsters Firm’s Global Life Sciences Platform and Capability

East Palo Alto, CA -- DLA Piper announced today that Bruce W. Jenett has joined the firm’s Corporate and Securities practice group as a partner in its East Palo Alto office and will co-chair its Global Life Sciences practice.

Mr. Jenett, who for seven years was Co-Chair of Heller Ehrman LLP’s life sciences practice, focuses on the representation of domestic and international business and finance clients in the life sciences industry. He is highly experienced in equity and debt financing, licensing and distribution, strategic alliances, joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions, representing both start-ups and large multinational corporations as well as venture capital and corporate investors in the sector.
