Omniture Awarded Patent for Testing and Analytics

Omniture Adds Issued Patent to Company's Portfolio of Nearly 250 Patents, Patent Applications Pending and Licensed Patents
Omniture, Inc. (Nasdaq: OMTR), a leading provider of online business optimization software, today announced that the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office has awarded the company a new United States Patent (U.S. Patent Number 7,383,334). The patent is generally directed to testing and analytics, and relates to Omniture's core platform business and technology with a computer-implemented method for comparing Web site visitation data sets and navigation between Web pages.

With this new U.S. patent, Omniture's internal patent portfolio now includes 173 U.S. and foreign issued patents and patent applications pending, covering Web analytics, online campaign management, and conversion.
