Judith A. Silver Joins Boca Raton Office of Buckingham, Doolittle & Burroughs, LLP

Boca Raton, FL - The law firm of Buckingham, Doolittle & Burroughs, LLP is proud to welcome Judith A. Silver, as Partner resident in the Boca Raton office. Her addition increases Buckingham’s attorney total in Palm Beach County to twenty-five, and strengthens its Business practice. Her emphasis is on Internet law, domain name dispute arbitration, business and contract law, technology, software licensing and intellectual property matters.

Prior to joining Buckingham, Silver was an attorney at Silver Law P.A. in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, a firm she started in 1999. She has experience advising various sized companies world-wide on technology, e-commerce, telecommunications, compliance, FTC and FCC regulations, business deals, corporate procedures, trademark and copyright application, and employment and related advice matters.
Silver is admitted to practice in Florida, New York, Texas and California. She has authored chapters for LexisNexis’ Florida Civil Practice Guide; created all legal forms and content for her forms company, Coollawyer.com; written monthly columns for Entrepreneur.com; and taught and developed classes and curriculum as online Professor of Law at Kaplan University.
Silver received her J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law (1995), and earned her B.A., cum laude, from Cornell University (1990). She resides in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.
