Peter Sawert Rejoins Fish & Richardson

Washington, DC -- Fish & Richardson P.C. has announced that Peter J. Sawert has rejoined the Washington, D.C. office as an associate in its Litigation Group. Prior to rejoining Fish, he clerked for the Honorable Circuit Judge Alan D. Lourie of the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Before that he was a Litigation associate at Fish for two years.

Mr. Sawert Received his J.D. in 2004 from the University of Virginia Law School where he was on the Editorial Board for the Journal of Law and Politics. He received his B.S.E. from Calvin College in 1996. He is admitted to practice in Virginia and the District of Columbia and before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia and the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Mr. Sawert was a microcontroller applications engineer for Delphi Corporation.
