PayChest Inc. Announces New Patents for Flushaway
Thursday, February 19, 2009
PayChest Inc. (Arizona) (PINKSHEETS: PYCT) announces the following regarding new patents for Flushaway:
Previous versions of the Flushaway product line were not able to realize the good margins necessary to create a thriving business, in part, because of high film costs. The new design and film changes cuts materials' costs and the cost of the product, by using lower cost materials and new production techniques. The company has partnered with other companies during this process. As a result of these advancements, new patents for this design have been applied for and are pending approval. The patents are initially owned by a third party with the agreement that the Company has the first right of refusal to buy these and associated rights. The patent numbers will not be disclosed at this time for competitive reasons.
The company is confident given these developments that it will deliver a product to the consumer that is of equal or better quality to the major companies in this marketplace (Proctor and Gamble, Kimberly-Clark and Johnson and Johnson) while having the added feature of being a flushable product at a comparable price.
