Pastore Osterberg LLC Joins Forces with Fox Rothschild LLP

Combination Adds Office in Stamford, Connecticut
Philadelphia, PA – Pastore Osterberg LLC is joining forces with Fox Rothschild LLP effective April 1, 2009. The combination serves to expand Fox Rothschild’s reach to Stamford, Connecticut – adding a 15th office to the firm’s growing national platform.

Pastore Osterberg was formed from attorneys previously associated with Dreier LLP’s Stamford, Connecticut office. The office’s main practices include securities, intellectual property, information technology, telecommunications, litigation and real estate law. Joining Pastore and Osterberg in the Fox combination will be special counsel Regina M. Flaherty; of counsels William Dailey, Leanne Murray Shofi, Jennifer Shufro and Robyn Sandak; and associates Frances Codd Slusarz and Paul R. Dehmel.

The attorneys will remain at their current office location and expect to expand their ranks to become a full-service office.
