Kurgo Issued United States Design and Utility Patents

Salisbury, MA -- Motivation Design, LLC, (DBA Kurgo Products) known for their award winning line of Kurgo® dog travel products and automotive accessories, announced today the U.S. Patent and Trademark office has issued both Design and Utility patents for its Tire Cover, providing additional levels of intellectual property protection for the ever popular Kurgo® Tire Tote® tire cover. Co-founders and brothers Gordie and Kitter Spater are proud to announce this accomplishment, "It is a testament to the inventive thinking and unique designs created here at Kurgo. We have been working extremely hard to make sure that the best products are produced for our customers, our quality cannot be duplicated." The newly issued patents are entitled "Tire Cover," design patent number D588,975, issued on March 24th, 2009 just months after utility patent 7,478,723, which was issued on January 20th, 2009.

As a leader in her discipline, Giugliano understands the importance of securing patents and has prepared and prosecuted hundreds of U.S. and foreign applications.
