Hovey Williams Named One of the Top Trademark Firms by Intellectual Property Today

Overland Park, KS -- The intellectual property (IP) law firm of Hovey Williams LLP was recently named one of the Top Trademark Firms in the U.S. by Intellectual Property Today magazine. The firm ranked 44th on the list of 278 law firms and individuals throughout the U.S.
The list of the Top Trademark Firms was published in the May 2009 issue of Intellectual Property Today. The list was ranked according to the number of trademark registrations issued in 2008. Hovey Williams issued 355 trademarks in 2008, after issuing 329 in 2007 and 248 in 2006. This year marked the third consecutive year Hovey Williams has been named in the top 50, ranking 50th in 2007 and 32nd in 2006.
