Priya Iyer Promoted to CEO of Anaqua

Joined Anaqua as Chief Operating Officer in 2005 and has been serving as President since 2007
Boston, MA -- Anaqua, a leading provider of intellectual asset management (IAM) software and services, announced the promotion of Priya Iyer from President to Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Former CEO Paul DiGiammarino will continue to help the company, in the role he has been in for the past two years, with strategy and business development, as a member of the Anaqua Board.

Priya Iyer, a seasoned executive with extensive experience in software solutions and services, joined Anaqua as Chief Operating Officer in 2005 and has been serving as President since 2007. Prior to joining Anaqua she was Senior Vice President, Operations & Delivery at Steelpoint Technologies, the market leader in electronic discovery and litigation support solutions, recently acquired by Autonomy. Earlier in her career Ms. Iyer, who lives in Wellesley, MA, held management positions with Agency.com, AT&T Bell Labs and Westinghouse Tata. Ms. Iyer holds bachelor's and master's degrees in engineering as well as an MBA from the MIT's Sloan School of Management, where she was a Sloan Fellow in the program for Innovation and Global Leadership. She is a frequent speaker at the Harvard Business School and the MIT Sloan School of Management and was also recently elected to serve on the Board of Governors for the MIT Sloan Fellows Program.
