Smith Micro Invents New Methodology to Change the Way Mobile Connectivity Applications Navigate Wireless Networks
Aliso Viejo, CA -- Smith Micro Software, Inc. (Nasdaq: SMSI), a leading developer and marketer of mobility solutions and services for the mobile market, announced it has received a Notice of Allowance from the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office indicating that it will be granting the company a patent on its "System and Method for Seamless Roaming Between Wireless Networks." This technological advancement in Smith Micro connectivity products offers its customers a transparent method to connect seamlessly between wireless networks.
The patent issued as U.S. Pat. No. 7,519,364 B2 and Smith Micro’s previous patent, U.S. Pat.
