Gabriel Joins Dykema Intellectual Property Litigation Group in Los Angeles

Brings More Than Three Decades of Experience; Addition Strengthens Depth of Dykema’s IP Litigation Team

Los Angeles, CA – Dykema today announced the addition of Allan Gabriel to its Intellectual Property Litigation practice group. Gabriel, joining the firm from Thelen Reid Brown Raysman & Steiner LLP, will be a member in the firm’s Los Angeles office.

Gabriel focuses his practice on intellectual property litigation involving patent, trademark and copyright infringement, trade secrets, false advertising and right of publicity claims on trial court and appellate levels. He also has substantial experience in handling antitrust, unfair competition, Internet related and general business litigation matters.

A frequent writer, Gabriel is co-author of "Trademarks," chapter six, Attorney’s Guide to the Law of Competitive Business Practices, California Continuing Education of the Bar, 1991 (second edition), and "Product Counterfeiting-Protection Under the Lanham Act Section 43(a)," Product Counterfeiting Remedies, Practicing Law Institute (1984).

He received a J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law and a B.A. from Queens College of the City University of New York.
