New York Office of K&L Gates Continues Recent Growth with Partner Addition

New York, NY—Kirkpatrick & Lockhart Preston Gates Ellis LLP (K&L Gates) welcomes partner Stephan Mallenbaum to its New York office. Mallenbaum joins the firm from Jones Day.

Mallenbaum counsels clients on issues relating to capital formation, mergers and acquisitions and the growth of entrepreneurial ventures. He is experienced in handling complex global, multiparty transactions.
