Connolly Bove Elects Two New Partners

Wilmington, DE – Connolly Bove Lodge & Hutz LLP is pleased to announce the addition of Bradley R. Aronstam and Kristen Healey Cramer as Partners in the firm’s Business Law and Intellectual Property Groups.

Brad Aronstam, based in the firm’s Wilmington office, is a member of the firm’s Business Law Group. Brad represents clients in a variety of areas including business, corporate and commercial litigation, corporate governance, corporate counseling, and mergers and acquisitions. In addition to regularly litigating corporate and commercial disputes before the Delaware Court of Chancery, Brad frequently advises directors and board committees on a wide variety of corporate disputes, including in connection with internal investigations. Brad has extensive experience with matters concerning the business judgment rule and the fiduciary duties of directors and officers, interested director and controlling shareholder transactions, and corporate governance.

Prior to joining the firm, Brad was an associate at Weil Gotshal & Manges LLP, and also served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Vice Chancellor John W. Noble on the Delaware Court of Chancery. Brad holds a B.B.A from Pace University where he graduated summa cum laude, and a J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law where he graduated with distinction.

Kristen Cramer, based in the firm’s Wilmington office, is a member of the firm’s Intellectual Property Group. Kristen represents clients in a variety of areas including patent litigation and information security, electronic discovery and records management. Kristen has represented clients in patent litigation related to biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, consumer electronics, computer networks, and business methods. Kristen has also managed cases involving large scale e-discovery in the United States and abroad. She has over 10 years of litigation experience, including more than 8 years of patent litigation experience as both lead and local counsel at the district court and appellate levels. She has litigated cases from the pleadings stage through trial, post-trial briefing, and appeal.

Prior to joining the firm in 2005, Kristen was an attorney at Cross & Simon, LLC. She holds a B.A. in Physics and English from Brown University, and a J.D. from the American University Washington College of Law.
