Quinn Emanuel Continues to Expand Life Sciences and Medical Device Practices with Addition of Patent Trial Lawyer Sandra Bresnick

New York, NY -- Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, LLP announced today that Sandra Bresnick has joined the firm's IP practice as a partner in the New York office. Bresnick will be Co-Chair of the Global Life Sciences practice group. Bresnick joins the firm from Sidley & Austin, where she has been a partner in the Intellectual Property Litigation Group.
Bresnick has deep experience representing companies in high stakes patent litigations concerning pharmaceutical products and medical devices, including Hatch-Waxman Act ANDA cases. She has been recognized as a leading practitioner in the field byChambers USA in intellectual property and has also been selected by her peers as a New York Super Lawyer in intellectual property litigation. She currently teaches Pharmaceutical Patent Law at Rutgers University School of Law.
