Olshan Adds to Growing Intellectual Property Practice

Dov Scherzer, Experienced in Technology Matters, Joins as Partner
New York, NY -- Olshan Grundman Frome Rosenzweig & Wolosky LLP today announced that Dov H. Scherzer has joined the firm as Partner in the Intellectual Property Department. Mr. Scherzer will focus his practice on technology, outsourcing, media, internet and intellectual property transactions.

Mr. Scherzer has many years of experience in technology transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic alliances. Previously Mr. Scherzer was a Partner and head of the International Technology and Outsourcing practice at Brown Rudnick Berlack Israels LLP, and spent 15 years at Brown Raysman Millstein Felder & Steiner LLP, including six years as Partner and head of the International Practice Group.
Mr. Scherzer earned his J.D. from Boston University School of Law, an M.Phil. from Oxford University and his B.A. from Queens College, cum laude. He is admitted to practice in New York and Massachusetts.
