Price Heneveld Forms New Management Committee Team

Grand Rapids, MI -- Price, Heneveld, Cooper, DeWitt & Litton, LLP, the leading intellectual property law firm in West Michigan, is pleased to announce changes to its Management Committee.
On July 1, firm partners elected Terry S. Callaghan as the new chairman and Steven L. Underwood as a new member of the firm's Management Committee, which includes partner Kevin T. Grzelak. Both Callaghan and Grzelak have served on the committee since 2005.
The new committee chairman, Price Heneveld partner Terry Callaghan, has been with the firm since 1994. He focuses his practice on the procurement, licensing and enforcement of patents for mechanical, optical, electrical and computer hardware and software-related inventions, as well as the registration and enforcement of trademarks.
Partner Kevin Grzelak joined Price Heneveld in 1997. He specializes in the procurement, licensing and enforcement of patents for electrical and computer hardware and software-related inventions, automotive electronics, and other electronic and mechanical devices.
Price Heneveld partner and new committee member Steve Underwood has a broad intellectual property law practice focusing on litigation. With Price Heneveld since 1999, he has participated in numerous federal court lawsuits throughout the U.S. involving patents, trademarks, trade dress and copyrights.
