Cruickshank’s Appoints Richard O’Connor as General Manager

Cruickshank Intellectual Property Attorneys, Ireland's leading patent and trademark firm, today, announced the appointment of Richard O'Connor as general manager.
He has overall responsibility for developing and streamlining Cruickshanks' commercial, service and marketing operations. In particular, he is charged with expanding Cruickshanks' business by securing new strategic alliances, reviewing business development opportunities and potential acquisitions. He is also seeking new partners to position Cruickshanks in global intellectual property markets.
Prior to joining Cruickshanks, he successfully built and ran business units for leading global professional services providers, Hays Plc and Reed Plc.
Richard is a registered community trademark attorney. He holds a BA in accountancy and human resource management and is currently studying for an MSc in Innovation and Technology. He is also a member of the Licensing Executives Society.
