Intellectual Property Attorney Named to Best of Class List by Best of the US LLC

Indianapolis, IN -- The law firm of Bose McKinney & Evans LLP is pleased to announce that partner James Coles has been named to a list of the best lawyers in the practice area of intellectual property in the United States by The Best of the U.S. LLC.

As co-chair of Bose McKinney & Evans’ Intellectual Property Group, Coles received a bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and his law degree from St. Louis University School of Law. He is a former adjunct professor of commercial law at Indiana University School of Business, and is currently an adjunct professor at Indiana University School of Law.
A resident of Carmel, Coles is a member of the Indiana State and Indianapolis Bar Associations and a former chairman of the Patent, Trademark, and Copyright Sections of both associations. He is also a founding member of Access Technology Across Indiana (ATAIN), a not-for-profit organization formed to promote scientific and technological advances, facilitate the transfer of new technologies to industry, and improve the quality of life through technology. Coles is chair of the ALFA International Intellectual Property and Technology Practice Group Committee.
