USPTO Utility Patent Issued for FUNSTAX ® -- The Pizza Happy Meal -- Marketing and Advertising Box Lid Support

Fruition, LLC. - Marketing Savvy Design Innovations of Oxford, Michigan has been issued an USPTO utility patent for the multi-functional pizza box lid support we refer to as the New Big Pizza Idea called FUNstax® -- Pizza Happy Meals. This innovative and pizza consumer fun product is also a high impact marketing/promotional tool with endless creative possibilities. This just may be the best thing since sliced pizza!!
Oxford, MI -- FRUITION, LLC. has been issued an USPTO utility patent for the multi-functional pizza box lid support called FUNstax® -- Pizza Happy Meals. This innovative and pizza consumer fun product is also a high impact marketing/promotional tool with endless creative possibilities. FUNstax® replaces the standard white throw away pizza box lid support (aka: Barbie Tables) with a consumer usable pizza happy meal support that ensures a pizza arrives in tact. It was first created to help pizzerias start the happy meal "Nag-Factor" with kids just like the hamburger places have done for over 20 years. Yet, it goes much further because, depending on the design it can appeal to all age groups from children through adults. Another benefit is FUNstax® costs as little as a penny each, giving pizzerias the opportunity to save money by using less expensive pizza boxes.
This patent protection allows for many designs, such as a football game or hockey, basketball, baseball, soccer, cricket and many more collectable games and toys. The FUNstax® support (with or without promotional advertising) breaks apart into a football and goal post for example, and the pizza box or pizza flyer has a football field printed on it, so the consumer can start playing. Other designs include break-off collectable jewelry, pendants, golf tees, race cars, DVD holders, toys, spice shaker, sauce cup and much more. We are very pleased with the early sales results and our customers have supplied some very positive feedback.
