President Obama to Honor Recipients of the 2009 National Medal of Science & National Medal of Technology and Innovation

Washington, DC -- President Barack Obama will honor the 2009 recipients of the National Medal of Science and the National Medal of Technology and Innovation in an awards ceremony at the White House on Wednesday, November 17, 2010. The ceremony will be carried live by satellite feed and webcast on the White House website at:http://www.whitehouse.gov/live.

President Obama will present the National Medal of Science and the National Medal of Technology and Innovation to the 2009 laureates.

When: Wednesday, November 17, 2010 at 5:30p.m. EST (Pre-set 4:30p.m. - Final Gather 5:00p.m. - East Room)
Where: The White House, East Room, Washington, D.C.
