Kaseya Receives Patent for Technology That Delivers Dynamic Instruction Sets to Remote Devices

Lausanne, Switzerland -- Kaseya, the leading global provider of automated IT systems management software, today announced that the U.S. Patent Office has issued it a patent covering technology that delivers dynamic instruction sets to remote devices from a centralized server.
Patent 7,827,547 discloses the use of a new dynamically loaded instruction set or library from a central server to update a remote computer management capability that was not previously enabled to be performed.

Historically an IT professional would have to be physically present at the device site to be able to maintain the systems, uncover performance issues and troubleshoot technical difficulties.
