Rader, Fishman & Grauer Acquires Top IP Talent to Grow It’s Growing Trademark Practice

Washington DC -- Robert J. Kimmer has joined the Washington D.C. office of Rader, Fishman & Grauer PLLC as a Senior Attorney of the Firm.
Kimmer brings his extensive experience handling worldwide trademark, copyright and trade secret prosecution and litigation including enforcement and cost-effective IP strategy development. His experience includes in-house intellectual property management and serving as the practice group Chair of an IP boutique firm in the D.C. area. According to D.C. Managing Partner Chris Tobin, "We are excited to have Robert join our growing Trademark Team in the D.C. office. His substantial trademark law experience will be a great asset to the Firm and our clients. Our D.C. Kimmer holds J.D. degree from The George Washington University and a B.A. degree from Emory University. He is a member of the Supreme Court Bar, the District of Columbia Bar, the International Trademark Association, the American Bar Association, and the American Intellectual Property Law Association.
