eprentise Awarded Patent for Database Consolidation and Separation Technology

Orlando, FL -- eprentise, the Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) transformation software company, announced that it has been awarded a United States Patent for its award-winning technology, allowing multiple database instances to be consolidated or separated without compromising integrity of the data, systems, reporting and processes.

The patent includes protection for multiple uses of the technology, including consolidating a source and target database, merging two or more databases, divesting at least a part of a business entity and assimilating databases from an acquired company.
