Holland & Knight Expands New York IP Practice with Addition of Eric Yecies

Holland & Knight is pleased to announce the arrival of Eric Yecies as senior counsel in its New York office and a member of its Intellectual Property Group. Mr. Yecies was formerly an associate with Goodwin Procter.
Mr. Yecies handles intellectual property matters for a wide array of industries and in a variety of technical disciplines, including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, biologics and optics. He has extensive experience in patent, appellate and trademark litigation, as well as in licensing, regulatory matters, opinion work, client counseling, arbitration and anticompetitive behavior, with a particular experience in HatchWaxman pharmaceutical patent litigation.
Mr. Yecies is a regular speaker and has written several articles on intellectual property law. He is a guest lecturer at the University of Pennsylvania and his articles have appeared in the Patents, Copyrights, Trademarks and Literary Property Course Handbook Series and C5 Pharmaceutical Patent Life Cycles.
