Dave Fournier Brings Significant Life Sciences and Patent Prosecution Experience to Firm

Perkins Coie is pleased to announce that David B. Fournier has joined the firm’s Chicago office as a Partner in the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice. Fournier’s arrival follows a number of other additions to the firm’s intellectual property capabilities in Chicago, including Timothy Carroll, Matthew Carmody and Steven Lubezny, who joined the firm in February 2012 from Loeb & Loeb LLP.

Fournier earned his J.D., cum laude, from DePaul University College of Law; his M.S. in biotechnology from Northwestern University; and his B.A. in biology, cum laude, from Lake Forest College. He is licensed to practice before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office.
