Richard Wallace Joins Aronberg Goldghen

Wallace Joins Chicago Office’s Business Organizations and Transactions Group

Aronberg Goldgehn is pleased to announce that Richard Wallace has joined the firm as an associate. Prior to joining the firm, Wallace held positions at Integrity Sports Players Representation and the University of Michigan’s media relations department.

“We are happy to have Rich join the Aronberg Goldgehn team,” says John Riccione, member at Aronberg Goldgehn. “His previous experiences and vast knowledge of agreements will be a great contribution to our firm and we’re confident he will provide the expertise our clients anticipate. I have already gotten Rich involved in an employment contract project and am very impressed with his work.”

Wallace has experience drafting and negotiating stock and asset purchase agreements, merger agreements, operating agreements, shareholder agreements, employment agreements, consulting agreements, real estate leases, manufacturing and supply agreements and licensing agreements. Wallace’s role will include counseling and advising individual entrepreneurs and companies on legal matters, including formation of business enterprises, acquisitions and divestitures and commercial contracts.

He has been continuously involved in the practice of law since obtaining his JD at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and received his Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management and Communications from the University of Michigan. In his new position at Aronberg Goldgehn, Wallace will be providing legal services related to business organizations and transactions, banking and finance, real estate and construction and intellectual property.
