Nomadix and Aruba Networks Settle Internet Gateway Patent Litigation

Nomadix, Inc., the innovator and pioneer of public access gateways, today announced it has settled its patent infringement case brought by Nomadix against Aruba Networks, Inc. before the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California. The settlement includes a license to Aruba under key portions of Nomadix's extensive patent portfolio in Internet access technologies. Terms of the agreement remain undisclosed.
