Mark Malbon Named Executive Vice President and CFO of MPLC

Malbon to have financial oversight for all of MPLC's companies worldwide

The Motion Picture Licensing Corporation (MPLC), an independent copyright licensing agency, has announced that Mark Malbon will become Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of MPLC, managing financial operations of the company in all of its global locations, effective immediately.

Mark joins MPLC’s senior management team to lead the finance department to ensure financial integrity, accurate budgeting and strategic planning. He will report directly to MPLC's Chief Executive Officer, Peter Kuyper, Jr.

“We are excited to have Mark join us as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer,” said PJ “I know with his many years of financial experience, Mark will provide financial leadership to the company.”

“ I am excited to join MPLC and its management team,” said Mark. “It’s a great opportunity with a successful company.”

Mark joins MPLC as a certified public accountant with over 30 years of financial accounting and strategic planning expertise. Prior to MPLC, he was an audit partner with the accounting firm of Deloitte & Touche and held senior financial roles in private industry, including CFO of Roland Corporation, a manufacturer and distributor of electronic musical instruments. Mark holds a BA in Accounting from Washington State University.
