Kilpatrick Townsend’s Charles Pannell Awarded Distinguished Service Medal

Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today that Charles “Chad” Pannell has been awarded theDistinguished Service Medal by the Linn Inn Alliance at the annual New York Intellectual Property Law Association’s Judges Dinner.

The Distinguished Service Medal award was given to Mr. Pannell in recognition for his work and contributions to the success of the Linn Inn Alliance. Mr. Pannell is a founding member of the Atlanta Intellectual Property Inn of Court and currently serves as the Program Chair.

The Linn Inn Alliance was founded in 2008 by the Honorable Richard Linn, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, to unite the existing intellectual property law focused American Inns of Court. Chad Pannell focuses his practice on technology litigation and intellectual property disputes involving patent, trade secrets, trademarks and copyrights. Mr. Pannell frequently advises clients about intellectual property litigation and strategies for enforcing their intellectual property rights.
