RFG Attorney Vincent C. Ilagan Named Rising Star

No more than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in a state are selected to Rising Stars each year. To be eligible for inclusion in Rising Stars, a candidate must be either 40 years old or younger or in practice for 10 years or less.
Ilagan’s practice covers domestic and foreign patent prosecution, patent opinions, intellectual property evaluations/due diligence and intellectual property litigation. He has represented and counseled both domestic and international clients in a broad range of technical areas including, mechanical, electromechanical, telecommunications and aerospace.
Ilagan joined Rader, Fishman & Grauer in 2012. Prior to joining the firm, Ilagan was IP director for a global research company, headquartered in Virginia, whose focus is identifying business opportunities and risks for Fortune 100 companies by investigating the patent environment.
